the process starts with onboarding, where goals, scope, timeline, and expectations are aligned from the first contact. payment is flexible: either 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or 30% at the start, 40% during the process, and 30% at the end, or 100% upfront if preferred.
then comes the research & design phase, where the brand and market are analyzed, the visual direction is defined, and all design assets are created.
next is the offboarding stage, where the work is presented through a structured presentation explaining concepts and design decisions.
in the final stage, each asset includes up to three revision rounds for precise refinements and alignment.
the process is completed once the remaining balance is settled and all final files are delivered.
